  • What should I bring to the sessions?

    For basketball training sessions, you’ll need:

    • Comfortable athletic gear (basketball shorts, t-shirt)
    • Basketball shoes with good grip
    • A water bottle to stay hydrated
    • A positive, open mindset ready to develop your mental game!

    For mental coaching sessions, you don’t need any special gear, just a willingness to engage and work on your mental skills.
